Carmona is a town in SW Spain, 33 kms north-east of Seville. It is built on a ridge overlooking a plain. The population in 2011 was 28,679.

During the 10th and beginning of the 11th century, Cordoba was the most populous city in the world and during that time was the intellectual center of Europe.
Guitarist, Andres Segovia (1893-1987) described Granada as a “place of dreams, where the Lord put the seed of music in my soul.” Founded in 1492, the city is the capital of the province of Granada. It is a magical place containing the famed Alhambra. Its population in 2011 is 240,099.
Pueblos Blancos de Andalusia are a series of towns in the northern part of Cadiz and Malaga. The founding inhabitants chose hillsides instead of the plains for the sake of security.
Capital of Andalusia, Seville is a marvelous southern city located on the banks of the Guadalquivir River. It is Spain’s fourth largest city with a population of 700,000 (2011).
